I am Larissa Maddy — artist, muse, trauma-informed guide, and storyteller.
Through my body, my voice, and my art, I explore the space where the tangible meets the unseen.
My path has been one of returning — from survival into softness, from silence into expression. Having walked my own journey of healing after sexual trauma, I have learned that true safety is not found in perfection, but in presence — to find the courage to return to your body in your own pace.
I create through many forms: modelling as an embodiment of emotion, painting as a map of the soul, poetry as a prayer of the unspoken, and photography as a way to honour the fleeting beauty of the present.
In my healing work — Reiki, trauma-informed yoga, and 1:1 guidance — I hold space for others to reconnect with their own truth, safety, and softness.
Whether in front of a camera, holding a brush, or guiding someone home to their body, my work is an offering to presence, beauty, and depth.
