Art of the Soul is an ongoing artistic and social project.
It gives form and colour to experiences that are often difficult to express — including trauma, grief, resilience, and inner transformation.
Each artwork is inspired by real stories (shared anonymously or with consent), emotional states, or lived experiences.
There are stories we carry that were never spoken.
Stories we’ve buried deep in our bodies, in our breath, in the quiet ache behind our smiles.
Moments of pain, transformation, grief, survival—
experiences that shaped us, but never had a place to land.
Art of the Soul was born from my own healing.
From the times I felt invisible in what I was holding.
From the longing to be witnessed in the raw, unspoken parts of myself.
And now, I’m creating this space so that you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Through this ongoing project, you’re invited to share a piece of your story—
openly or anonymously.
And I will translate it into intuitive artwork and poetry.
A painting that reflects the emotion. A poem that holds the truth.
A way for your story to be seen, felt, honored… and turned into beauty.
This is not about perfection.
It’s about presence.
It’s about the alchemy that happens when we allow our wounds to be witnessed.
If you feel the call, you can share your story below.
This is your invitation.
To be seen. To be held. To be transformed through art.
Your story matters.
You are not too much.
You are not alone.
You are art.transform pain into something held, witnessed, and honoured
A portion of the proceeds from Art of the Soul flows into a solidarity fund.
This fund supports individuals who have experienced sexual trauma and cannot afford supportive sessions on their own.
In this way, art, healing, and community support are directly connected.
You’re invited to share a part of your journey—something you've been through, something you're healing, or something that still lingers in your body. It might be grief, trauma, heartbreak, transformation, or even a quiet moment that changed you.
You can write as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. There’s no need to explain everything perfectly—this is about what feels true, not what sounds polished.
Your submission can be anonymous or with your name—whatever feels safest for you.
Every story is read with care, presence, and reverence. I sit with what you’ve shared. I tune in—to your words, to the emotional undertones, and to the energetic imprint you’ve left behind.
I often ask: Where does this story live in the body? What colors belong to it? What movement, texture, or element wants to emerge?
From your story, I create a one-of-a-kind painting and a piece of written poetry—an expression of your truth, alchemized into art.
The process is deeply intuitive and somatic. It’s not about illustrating your story literally. It’s about translating the energy, the emotion, the healing, into form.
Each piece becomes part of a growing body of work—a visual and poetic archive of human healing. It may be shared online, in future exhibitions, or printed into a collection (with your consent, or anonymously).
If your story is chosen and you wish to receive your artwork, you’re welcome to leave your email or Instagram in the form. And if you prefer to stay anonymous, that’s completely honored too. Some may recognize their story not by name—but by feeling.
This isn’t just about art—it’s about healing through witnessing. Your words, your truth, your voice—can become a light for someone who’s walking through something similar.
Together, these stories form a sacred remembrance:
You are not alone. You are not too much.
And even the darkest parts of your story can become something beautiful.
My art is a conversation between soul and surface. Each piece is born from sensation — a memory, a dream, a quiet grief, a rush of desire. I work intuitively, letting color and form move through me until they feel complete.

The Healing Journey is a profound depiction of the transformative process following trauma, expressed through six interconnected stages seamlessly woven into the canvas. Each stage represents a distinct phase of the emotional journey towards healing and renewal. After moving through phases of darkness, pain and loss, slowly, first beacons of hope and light arise. Having integrated the pain and wisdom gained from the journey, emerging stronger, wiser, and more resilient than before. Throughout The Healing Journey, the cycle of stages is fluid and interconnected, symbolizing the repetitive and nonlinear nature of healing. The piece invites to explore ones own emotional landscapes within the painting, finding solace and inspiration in the cyclical journey towards growth.

Divine Balance is a mesmerizing painting that encapsulates the harmony between opposites. A delicate interplay of light and dark dances across the canvas, symbolizing the eternal dance of yin and yang or feminine and masculine. In the center, a stream of gold radiates tranquility, embodying the perfect equilibrium between strength and gentleness. The composition invites contemplation of the interconnectedness of all things, reminding of the beauty found in balance. Divine Balance serves as a visual meditation on the essential harmony that pervades the universe, inspiring a sense of peace and unity within.

Everywhere, Nowhere offers a captivating aerial view of a breathtaking landscape that stretches endlessly in all directions. From this vantage point, immersed in the vastness of the land, sensing its presence everywhere around. Yet, upon closer inspection, the intricate details reveal a profound truth: amidst the grandeur, there is a sense of being nowhere at all, lost in the expanse of space and time. The painting serves as a reminder of the importance of perspective. Sometimes, amidst the complexities of life, we become lost in our existence, losing sight of the bigger picture. In those moments, we must zoom out, allowing ourselves to see beyond the immediate surroundings and remember what truly matters and where our soul wants to go.
